This is your name as it appears when you log-on. You can rename any user, including the Administrator, but the Administrator will always appear in red. |

Initials | |
These are the initials which are displayed next to each event to signify which user created that event. Alternatively you can use mnemonics or abbreviations. If the initials that you have chosen are already being used by someone else, you will see a few suggestions. |

Note The maximum length is 3 characters. You can change your initials at any time, they are not written into the events in the database. | ||

Password | |
This is your log-on password. Leave it blank if you don't want to enter a password when you log-on, but bear in mind that someone else could use the system using your identity and you'd get the blame if it was malicious! | ||

Implement password expiry If this is ticked then your password will come up for renewal after the specified period (but you aren't forced to change it). If this is unticked then you can still change your password whenever you want, but you won't be reminded to do so. |
